European Logistics Business Growth Specialist

The TIP Group is a leading equipment service provider in Europe, with years of experience in providing comprehensive services to customers across various industries. We are now seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Fleet Operator Partner to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building successful partnerships with essential partners across Europe to effectively grow our new venture. You will be part of an enterprising and newly built team with both corporate and startup backgrounds.
You will work together with our Customer Success Specialist and Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that support growth. Additionally, you will ensure a smooth onboarding process for new fleet partners, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support.
As a Commercial Fleet Operator Partner, you will have the opportunity to develop an industry network to generate organic leads and create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date on trends and challenges within the industry, using that knowledge to enhance sales strategies. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators such as sales quotas, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or fleet management sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively connect with fleet operators and managers.
- Strong existing network in the logistics/transport industry.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Any other European language is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot) and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel to stakeholders across the Netherlands.
