Market Expansion Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Market Expansion Specialist to join our team at Myanmarhumancapital. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in driving market penetration and expanding our customer base.
About the Role:
- Conduct daily follow-ups with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Monitor market conditions and pricing to optimize our services and stay ahead of competitors.
- Coordinate with our fleet team on vehicle availability to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Provide daily sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve any issues promptly.
- Travel extensively to meet with customers and expand our network.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation industry sales support/administration.
- Knowledge of transportation services, including markets, rates, and delivery options.
- Proficiency in ERP (Odoo) and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
