Regional Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a talented Junior Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our business into the American market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with distributors and retailers, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our growing business.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per year, plus a bonus scheme ranging from 15% to 40% based on sales revenue performance, paid every six months. Our benefits package includes a 4% pension contribution and 20+8 holiday allowance.
