Revenue Expansion Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies that meet customer needs. This role is responsible for greater than $900k in annual revenue. The ideal candidate will have professional experience with B2B customers, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel frequently.

- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet customer needs
- Lead all sales and account planning efforts for assigned accounts
- Understand customer objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Pricing & Inventory Analysts, Customer Service Reps, and other Associates to present product demos and training presentations
- Provide customer training on Myers product line
- Provide field intelligence on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution and pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features
- Professional experience with B2B customers, including customer needs assessment, sales plan development, pipeline development, and territory growth
- Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle report (insurable) and clean driving record
- Ability to travel frequently throughout territory, including overnight travel
- Successful sales history with 2+ years outside sales experience
- High school diploma, college graduate preferred
- Disciplined use of CRM
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
The compensation for this position is between $61,500 and $102,000, with a tiered bonus plan and benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, life, vacation, and sick pay.
