As a Senior Estate Agent / Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the branch. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Revenue Growth: Maximise revenues through strategic property register expansion.
  2. Branch Profitability: Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets.
  3. Team Management: Conduct regular 1:1 reviews and morning meetings to manage employee performance.

  1. Estate Agency Experience: Proven background in Estate Agency and customer service.
  2. Mobility: Vehicle owner with a full driving licence, insured for business use.
  3. Legal Compliance: Legal right to work in the UK.
