About the Role:

  • Create and maintain the largest active market share in the area.
  • Maximise revenues and grow the property register through exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve all financial targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a successful Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrable evidence of achievements in estate agency and customer services.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
