About the Role:
This Sales Manager position offers a unique opportunity to work in a highly successful and expanding Estate Agency in the Fleet office. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing branch profit, and developing a high-performing team. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, managing employee performance, and implementing effective strategies to drive results.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Estate Agency and customer services
- Full driving license and access to a car for business use
