About the Role

You will be responsible for driving the success of the branch, maximising revenues, and achieving financial targets. You will also conduct regular 1:1 reviews and morning meetings to manage employee performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven background in Estate Agency and customer service.
  • A vehicle owner with a full driving licence, insured for business use.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
