We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. As a key member of our Estate Agency team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional results.

The role involves:

  • Managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the property register
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience within the Estate Agency sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • A results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations

We offer a competitive estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing career development opportunities.
