B2B Sales and Marketing Strategist

Fynity is a forward-thinking organisation seeking a strategic thinker to drive our B2B sales and marketing efforts. As a B2B Sales and Marketing Strategist, you will develop and execute CRM strategies, manage sales processes, and ensure seamless customer journeys.

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to design and implement effective campaigns, leveraging your expertise in CRM tools, automation, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B CRM strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer relationships.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, including data entry, reporting, and analytics.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline sales processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM tools with marketing platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior CRM role with B2B sales and marketing expertise.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics Marketing (a plus).
  • Proficiency in managing bulk email campaigns and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimising performance.
  • Collaborative mindset with sales alignment experience.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and customer analytics.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of between £35,000 and £45,000, depending on experience, plus generous benefits.
