The Role

We're seeking a CRM executive to join Fynity and enhance their B2B marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of CRM strategy execution, ensuring seamless customer journey management and maximizing sales potential. You'll collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns, implement automation, and analyze performance metrics.

This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in-office work per week, with the remainder working from home. As a CRM expert, you'll develop and execute B2B CRM strategies, aligning them with business goals and focusing on customer journey mapping and sales processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing B2B CRM strategies to enhance demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Aligning CRM initiatives with business goals through customer journey mapping and sales process optimization.
  • Analyzing campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaborating on integrating CRM tools with marketing platforms for unified processes.

With a strong background in CRM and B2B marketing, you'll excel in this role. A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
