The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team and elevate our B2B marketing initiatives. As a key member of our sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for driving demand generation and pipeline growth through the development and execution of effective B2B CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B CRM strategies to enhance demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalisation for lead nurturing and conversion
  • Optimise email deliverability, list health, and engagement metrics
  • Design automated workflows, including lead scoring and drip campaigns
  • Align CRM initiatives with business goals, focusing on customer journey mapping and sales processes
  • Analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies
  • Collaborate on integrating CRM tools with marketing platforms to ensure unified workflows
