Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing Partnerships Team. This role will focus on developing and implementing business growth strategies for partnerships, leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, developing and executing business plans, and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including trade associations, federations, and institutes
- Analyze market trends to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, marketing, compliance, and legal
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in business development, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of up to £70,000 (negotiable depending on experience), plus a car allowance, lucrative quarterly bonus, and comprehensive company benefits package, including substantial pension contributions.
