As a result, we are seeking a talented Regional Business Development Manager to drive business growth in designated territories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work independently. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum is on offer, plus a bonus scheme and a company car or allowance. Benefits also include a contributory pension, life assurance, and 25 days' holiday plus statutory leave.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience in the security industry
• Strong understanding of multi-point locking systems and their applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
