Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Tulloch Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating rental asset management jobs and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate rental asset management jobs, including facilitation of job information and adherence to the Lean rental process.
  • Provide reports on utilization, differed days, lost rental write-off, scrapped assets, and other relevant metrics.
  • Support certification processes as required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for nominated customer accounts.
  • Coordinate refurbishment jobs, including facilitation of job packages and customer communication.
  • Ensure timely and accurate management of quote-to-cash processes.
  • Facilitate international mobilization of technicians and test equipment, arranging travel and ensuring all associated costs are invoiced to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience at a high level is essential.
  • Ability to manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent IT skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel.
