About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities of our project, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage project schedules, including resource allocation, task assignment, and deadline tracking.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members, to ensure transparent and timely project updates.
• Develop and maintain accurate project records, including project plans, schedules, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety protocols and data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success and minimizing disruptions.
• Provide administrative support to the project team, including document preparation, travel arrangements, and equipment management.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in operations coordination, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting complex projects. A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
