Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator - Documents to join our team at ZipRecruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales orders and customer documentation.
  • Cordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely provision of A01 documentation.
  • Liaise with the manufacturer on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to monitor documentation progress.
  • Resolve documentation queries and escalate issues to the Sales Person or Sales & Operations Director if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration and document management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Salary Range: £35-38k per annum.
