Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator - Documents to join our team at ZipRecruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales orders and customer documentation.
- Cordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely provision of A01 documentation.
- Liaise with the manufacturer on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to monitor documentation progress.
- Resolve documentation queries and escalate issues to the Sales Person or Sales & Operations Director if necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration and document management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Salary Range: £35-38k per annum.
