We are seeking a skilled HR Administrative Officer to join our team in Aberdeen. In this role, you will deliver basic HR advice and provide a full HR Administration service, including recruitment support, employee life cycle management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide recruitment support, including liaison with agencies, interview coordination, and on-boarding employees.
  • Conduct new start induction presentations, maintain recruitment spreadsheets, and issue/collate new hire paperwork.
  • Coordinate reference requests, pre-employment medicals, and holiday entitlements, and process new start paperwork into the HRIS system.
  • Coordinate relocation process for overseas new hires, process interview expenses, and manage long service awards.

This is a 12-month contract position with a salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have excellent time management, organisational skills, and can interact effectively with individuals at all levels, we encourage you to apply.
