We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator / Receptionist to join our Customer Service team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage reports, and handle incoming calls with professionalism and poise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Assist with general administration tasks and maintain a high level of organization
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless communication

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in a Reception environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Higher Grade or HNC qualification
  • NVQ Level 3 Administration with Customer Service units
