We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator / Receptionist to join our Customer Service team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage reports, and handle incoming calls with professionalism and poise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Assist with general administration tasks and maintain a high level of organization
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless communication
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in a Reception environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Higher Grade or HNC qualification
- NVQ Level 3 Administration with Customer Service units
