Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations, meeting month-end deadlines, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the precise processing of customer movements and billing information.

This is a competitive salary position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key responsibilities include accurately entering customer movements into our Rental database (CSAM) on a daily basis, ensuring customer data is updated correctly, and meeting month-end deadlines to allow for timely invoicing.

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, including Excel, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
