Job Description - Administrative and Human Resources Coordinator

We are recruiting for an Administrative and Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and managing applicant databases.
  2. Ensure all aspects of HR administration are carried out following best practice, including the issue of contracts, new start packs, and contract amendments.
  3. Coordinate and present staff HR inductions, run training reports monthly to assess training needs, and liaise with managers to ensure mandatory training is booked.
  4. Provide minutes and paperwork for any employment relation issues, including discipline and grievance, and performance management meetings.
  5. Manage the exit termination process, including arranging and undertaking exit interviews.
Requirements:
  • HR administration experience in Oil and Gas Industry or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and multi-task.
  • IT literate with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office package.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
