Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and efficient HR Administrator to join our team on a full-time contract basis. The role involves administrative tasks related to the employee life cycle, providing support and improvement initiatives to the UK HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding paperwork including offer letter, employment contract, and pre-employment screening requirements.
- Administration of benefit schemes and maintenance, ensuring accurate data recording in APP for all employees.
- Delivering employee inductions and handling amendments to terms and conditions.
- Leaver administration and responsible for administrating employee changes, updating APP and personnel files.
- Monitoring visa expiration dates and advising in a timely manner.
- Drafting letters and reports as required to support the regional HR team.
- Supporting annual HR activities and processes, including Salary Review and Bonus Scheme exercises.
- Assisting with the rollout of group HR policies and initiatives as required.
- Ensuring up-to-date job descriptions for all roles and maintaining consistent approaches and audit readiness.
- Assisting with monthly pay flow files/payroll processing and capturing new start information/leavers and contractual/benefit changes.
- Providing HR administrative support in confidential meetings and arranging any necessary meetings.
