Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and efficient HR Administrator to join our team on a full-time contract basis. The role involves administrative tasks related to the employee life cycle, providing support and improvement initiatives to the UK HR team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding paperwork including offer letter, employment contract, and pre-employment screening requirements.
  • Administration of benefit schemes and maintenance, ensuring accurate data recording in APP for all employees.
  • Delivering employee inductions and handling amendments to terms and conditions.
  • Leaver administration and responsible for administrating employee changes, updating APP and personnel files.
  • Monitoring visa expiration dates and advising in a timely manner.
  • Drafting letters and reports as required to support the regional HR team.
  • Supporting annual HR activities and processes, including Salary Review and Bonus Scheme exercises.
  • Assisting with the rollout of group HR policies and initiatives as required.
  • Ensuring up-to-date job descriptions for all roles and maintaining consistent approaches and audit readiness.
  • Assisting with monthly pay flow files/payroll processing and capturing new start information/leavers and contractual/benefit changes.
  • Providing HR administrative support in confidential meetings and arranging any necessary meetings.
