We are recruiting an experienced HR Assistant to join our team at Team Recruitment Ltd in Aberdeen City Centre.

This is an ongoing contract role with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as liaising with agencies, setting up interviews, and onboarding employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in the HRIS system, including processing new start paperwork and calculating holiday entitlements.
  • Provide cover for the HR Advisor(s) when required and assist with project work as needed.
  • Collate information in response to external requests and maintain confidentiality.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced level experience of Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
  • Problem-solving ability and awareness of agreed deadlines and commitments.
  • Professional integrity and ability to prioritize own workload.
