We are seeking a highly skilled HR assistant to support our client in Aberdeen. This is an ongoing contract role with a competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum.

Job Description:
  • Recruitment: Provide recruitment support, including liaison with agencies and conducting interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment spreadsheets and process new hire paperwork.
  • Co-ordinate reference requests for potential new hires and arrange pre-employment medicals.
Employee Life Cycle:
  • Support staff with employee status changes and process related paperwork.
  • Arrange and conduct exit interviews and work through leaver checklists.
  • Process maternity, paternity and other family-friendly policy checklists.
Reporting and Data Management:
  • Understand the HRIS system for accurate data entry and run reports as required.
  • Produce quarterly audit report for HRIS and immigration report on a monthly basis.
General Duties:
  • Maintain the HRIS database and scholarship/placement programmes with Aberdeen University & RGU.
  • Support absence cases and manage HR.UK responses.

  • Advanced experience of Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving ability and prioritization of workload.
  • Confidentiality, sensitivity, and professional integrity.
