HR Coordinator Specialist

">Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new starters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data management systems, including job descriptions, organisational charts, HR files, training materials, and competency documents.
- Produce detailed HR reports on a regular basis, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Support the HR Team in creating recruitment offer letters, employment contracts, amendments to terms, mail merges, employee communications, and tracking employee correspondence.
- Oversee HR activities related to new starters, leavers, and employee changes, ensuring readiness for the monthly payroll process and supporting payroll operations.
- Contribute to employee lifecycle activities and projects, such as disciplinary actions, grievances, capability, talent management, succession planning, organisational development, and absence management.
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a CIPD qualification.
- Proven experience in an HR Coordinator role.
- Extensive experience in data management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, reflecting the skills and expertise required for this position.
