Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Aberdeen, United Kingdom
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative and Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. The successful candidate will assist the HR Manager with providing an effective and professional HR service to various levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Selection: Assist with the recruitment process, including but not limited to; coordinating interviews, creating job descriptions, and managing applicant databases.
- HR Administration: Ensure all aspects of HR administration are carried out following best practice, including the issue of contracts, new start packs, and contract amendments.
- Inductions and Training: Coordinate and present staff HR inductions, run training reports monthly to assess training needs, and liaise with managers to ensure mandatory training is booked.
- Employee Relations: Provide minutes and paperwork for any employment relation issues, including discipline and grievance, and performance management meetings.
- Experience: HR administration experience in Oil and Gas Industry or similar is desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, ability to plan, prioritise, and multi-task, and IT literate with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office package.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
