Job Title:

HR Advisor

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the UK Business Unit's HR function with data analysis, reporting, and project improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and drive delivery of project improvement initiatives on HRIS systems and data provision to the HR function and UK business unit.
  2. Reporting Requirements: Collate reporting requirements, build reports, and schedule delivery of data reporting/dashboards for HR and Line Managers.
  3. Audit Reports: Develop, build, and run a suite of audit reports to verify data accuracy.
  4. Training and Documentation: Work with the HR Team to highlight data verification issues and train and document the team on any corrective changes.
  5. Process Maintenance: Coordinate completion and maintenance of HRC Team guidance document on processes, documentation, and HRIS input.
  6. Automation and Simplification: Seek to automate and simplify processes with the systems team to improve data provision to HR and business.
  7. Monthly and Quarterly Reports: Develop monthly and quarterly HR metric reports and statistics.
  8. Exit Interview Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on exit interview data.
  9. Headcount and Manpower Planning: Prepare and collate headcount and manpower planning metrics.
  10. HR Plans: Support drafting of HR plans to support delivery of key HR projects and collate metrics throughout the year on HR plans and budgets to assist with keeping approved activities on track.
  11. General Administration: Provide general administration HR support to the UKBU HR function.
