Centurion - UK & Europe Region seeks an experienced HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment processes, including preparing for and attending interviews.
- Data Management: Input and maintain data management systems, ensuring good housekeeping of data, including job descriptions, org charts, HR files, training, and competency drives.
- Reporting and Compliance: Produce accurate and comprehensive HR reports on a regular basis.
Person Specification:
- Qualifications: Associate member of CIPD, either working towards or desiring Chartered membership of CIPD.
- Experience: Significant experience in data management and reporting.
Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
