Nexgen Group is a leading provider of facilities management services to 90,000 residential properties nationwide. We are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator to work in a client service focused role across our full range of services.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the first point of call for client service enquiries and work requests. This will involve managing inbound client communications, categorising and logging enquiries using our CRM software package, and working with Operations Managers and Supervisors to ensure all client enquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage client relationships and resolve any service-related issues that may arise
* Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure delivery of services in accordance with client requirements and expectations
* Maintain accurate records and data within client portals
* Provide regular updates on key issues and performance metrics to internal stakeholders

Requirements
* Experience of working in a customer helpdesk or call centre environment
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft operating systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
