Vertical Advantage is looking for a National Account Lead to manage our relationship with Tesco in Ireland.

  • Lead The Instore Agenda by developing and executing joint business plans with customers, driving business development opportunities within customers and exceeding performance targets.
  • Coordinate customer requirements with colleagues and departments, building customer relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Maximise Spend Effectiveness by communicating effectively on all matters pertaining to customer business.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing joint business plans with customers, translating brand strategy and financial requirements into mutually profitable growth plans.
  • Driving business development opportunities within customers, exceeding performance targets short, medium, and long term.
  • Coordinating customer requirements with colleagues and departments, building customer relationships and resolving conflicts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A great position for a self-starter who is highly motivated by delivering growth.
  • Experience ideally as a Senior National Account Manager in the grocery sector.
  • Commercially astute, able to build and interpret P&L models and understand impacts on margin.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term customer partnerships.
Benefits

We offer a competitive package, including a salary range of £70,000-£75,000 base, plus £5,000 car allowance and 10% bonus.
