We are seeking an experienced National Sales Lead to join our passionate team at The Advocate Group.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth within the Soft Drinks sector by developing and managing key Convenience and High Street accounts.

You will work closely with our product development team to create innovative products that delight consumers and support a healthy lifestyle.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing national accounts, with a deep understanding of the beverage market and exceptional negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve national account targets.
  2. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with national accounts to maximise profitability.
  3. Collaborate with our marketing team to create tailored promotions and product offerings for key accounts.
  4. Analyse sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the Food or Drinks industry, ideally within a challenger brand or SME.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to national accounts.
  • A deep understanding of the beverage market, including sales data and market trends.
