Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our dynamic team at ECW Search. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic role in a rapidly growing premium food business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key customers, developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective category growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and NPD functions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
About You
We are looking for a talented and experienced National Account Manager who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its dynamics. You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing customers, driving sales growth, and improving profitability.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, with a basic salary of £55,000 and a car allowance. In addition, we offer a bonus scheme, private healthcare, pension, and 1-2 days per week in our South East-based office.
