Sales Growth Strategy for Property Development

We are recruiting for a National Sales Lead - Property Development to lead our sales growth strategy in the property development sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in business development within a property setting, with experience in sales, account management, and marketing. They will be able to travel extensively and work with clients across various sectors, including central government, health, and private sector.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a company matched pension, life assurance, and cycle-to-work scheme.

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs. You will also work closely with our design teams to ensure that client requirements are met.

  • You will need to identify and respond to new opportunities, nurture them into deliverable commissions, and utilize your sector knowledge to generate significant opportunities.
  • A primary focus on developing multi-disciplinary property opportunities initially in RIBA work stages 0-4.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a national role, with a proven track record of sales growth and business development.
