We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Strategy Lead to drive our commercial growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving financial targets and growing businesses in a UK wide sales management role.

About the Role

  • The role will involve assuming overall responsibility for managing a team of skilled professionals through a matrix approach, complete with 3 direct reports in Marketing, Insights, and Bid Management, propelling growth and profitability.
  • Responsibilities include achieving contracted sales, gross margin, and EBITDA growth targets through additions to services scope and new business units within national accounts within the defined market sectors.
  • The successful candidate will utilize their strategic foresight, astute business acumen, and remarkable leadership prowess to accomplish the company's sales strategy.

Potential candidates should have:

  1. (+5 years) Previous experience in a UK Sales Management role
  2. Experience within some kind of technical services, consultancy type business with high levels of technology: this could be Inspection and Certification, Surveying, Geospatial, Health & Safety, Monitoring etc.
  3. Proven track record of working across an organisation through a matrix structure to accomplish strategic objectives with conflicting priorities.
