Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving business expansion by identifying and securing new clients within your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, conducting thorough market analysis, strategic territory planning, and fostering strong relationships to enhance Eptura's client portfolio through our comprehensive suite of workplace and asset management tools. This position requires in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets by establishing Eptura as the premier provider of workspace solutions.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, and conduct insightful consultative meetings to understand their unique requirements.
  • Explore opportunities for growth within existing client relationships while driving new business through careful strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with multiple levels of decision-makers.
  • Utilize the MEDDPICC sales methodology to ensure effective sales outcomes.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Maintain Salesforce records diligently.
  • Stay informed about all Eptura product developments, pricing structures, and contractual terms.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Team, Customer Success, and other relevant stakeholders within Eptura.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in SaaS/Application.
  • Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in managing and closing enterprise-level sales utilizing solution and value selling techniques.
  • Experience engaging with C-Suite executives.
  • Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients to foster long-lasting relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic approach to sales.
  • A strong desire to achieve and excel in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
