Job SummarySuper Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to develop and expand new enterprise and corporate accounts in targeted regions and segments. The successful candidate will maintain the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro's sales process through various means of marketing activities and working with cross-functional teams – including Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and drive sales strategies to approach, build, and drive SMC sales, influence, and brand adoption within Media & Entertainment enterprise customers in the UK&I, in combination with other sales and technical resources.
- Achieve the highest customer satisfaction with current customers and identify potential new customers within the given vertical segment and country.
- Continuously develop new sales opportunities and improve the sales motion through various methods.
- Meet assigned team and individual revenue billings quota and revenue opportunity pipeline quota.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales or similar field in the IT / Datacenter segment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience selling datacenter technology into the M&E vertical segment is highly desired.
- Strong executive & decision maker network within assigned vertical is highly desired.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
- Native / Professional fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
