Lead Sales Executive

MCR Property Group, a prominent player in the UK property investment and development sector, is on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Sales Executive to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our sales processes, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and fostering robust relationships with our clientele.
Key Qualifications for Lead Sales Executive:
· While experience in the residential property market is advantageous, candidates from diverse sectors are encouraged to apply, provided they can demonstrate relevant transferable skills.
- Exceptional listening skills to quickly establish strong relationships and adopt a consultative sales approach.
- Proven track record in managing a sales team, ideally across multiple regions.
- Natural ability to engage confidently and articulately with property agents, development teams, and clients.
- Familiarity with the Private Rented Sector (PRS) and Build to Rent (BTR) is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in business-to-business or customer sales.
- Demonstrated leadership experience at mid to senior levels.
- A strong drive and determination to achieve results.
Primary Responsibilities of Lead Sales Executive:
- To lead the Southern sales team, ensuring that each Business Development Manager cultivates strong relationships with property and investment agents to effectively connect their clients with the developer's offerings.
