Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Sales Executive, you will be tasked with driving business development and revenue generation for energy storage solutions in the UK and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently identifying and developing new client opportunities while managing key account relationships.
  • Joining a dynamic, agile team within a rapidly growing organization.
  • Formulating strategies to enhance the energy storage service business and expand the service pipeline.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to finalize agreements and facilitate negotiations with clients.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the energy storage market and the competitive landscape.
  • Creating mid to long-term growth strategies for energy storage sales and service offerings.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales, with at least 1 year in the energy storage sector.
  • A well-established network and client resources within the UK market.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of contract negotiations.
  • Proven ability to establish and lead a global sales team.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and remotely from headquarters.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
