**Senior Account Executive (Team Lead) - High Growth Software Company**

**About Us**

BMS Tech Sales is a self-funded start-up that has experienced significant growth since its inception. We are now seeking an individual contributor who has the potential to lead and build out a sales team as we aim to reach the next stage in our business.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a track record of closing deals in SaaS, on an enterprise level, dealing with multiple personas. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building out the sales function, leading by example, and hiring a couple of sales people to work with you to achieve our growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Manage a sales pipeline and close deals with enterprise clients
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

**Requirements**

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in SaaS, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong sales cycle management skills and ability to work with multiple personas
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with occasional team meet-ups
