**Senior Account Executive (Team Lead) - High Growth Software Company**

**About Us**

BMS Tech Sales is a self-funded start-up that has experienced significant growth since its inception. We are now seeking an individual contributor who has the potential to lead and build out a sales team as we look to expand to the next stage in our business.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a track record of closing deals in SaaS, on an enterprise level, dealing with multiple personas. The ideal candidate will have between five and 10 years of sales experience and be ready for the next step with good access to London.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Build out the sales function, leading by example, selling, and hiring a couple of sales people to work with you in order for the business to achieve its growth targets this year.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

• Manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business objectives.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs of our customers.

• Analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and innovations.

• Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
