Sales Team Lead

Job Summary:
Smith Sales Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales team targets and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Drive Sales Team Performance: Develop and implement strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
- Conduct Outbound Calls: Engage with prospective and existing business customers across the UK to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
- Team Meetings and Coaching: Conduct regular team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations, and provide coaching to improve sales performance.
- Target Driven and Motivated: Demonstrate a strong passion for sales and a target-driven approach to achieve sales goals.
- People Management Skills: Possess strong people management skills, including the ability to work well under pressure and lead a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Preferable 6 months to 1 year of work experience handling a similar position or field.
- Education: Not specified
- Skills: Strong people management skills, sales background, target driven, motivated, and ability to work well under pressure.
Working Conditions:
- Shift: 8-hour shift
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday
Compensation:
- Salary: £20,000 – £26,000 per year
- Commission Pay: Supplemental pay types
