Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our team at Smith Sales Inc. as an Assistant Manager of Sales.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Team Performance: Manage and drive sales team targets and performance to achieve company goals.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
- Customer Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK.
- Meet Targets and KPIs: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
- Team Meetings: Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
- People Management Skills: Strong people management skills and a sales background.
- Target Driven: Target driven and motivated individual.
- Sales Passion: Passion for sales and ability to work well under pressure.
- Work Experience: Preferable 6 months to 1 year of work experience handling a similar position/field.
- Competitive Salary: £20,000 – £26,000 per year.
- Commission Pay: Supplemental pay types including commission pay.
- Flexible Schedule: 8-hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday.
