Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Performance: Collaborate with the Store Director to develop and execute a sales vision, assist in closing transactions, and provide sales training to team members.
  • Client Relationship Management: Lead the team in delivering superior sales and service, implement client relationship programs, and ensure personalized customer interactions to enhance loyalty.
  • Talent Development: Coach and develop Sales Professionals, provide regular feedback, and create individual action plans to drive sales performance.

Requirements

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship building.
