About the Role

As a German Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing territory account plans, building relationships through both inbound and outbound activity, and driving end-to-end sales cycles from prospect to close. You will work closely with our dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) function to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory account plans to drive sales growth and expansion in the DACH market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and outreach
  • Collaborate with the BDR function to generate leads and drive sales cycles
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to inform business strategy and decision-making

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in selling SaaS solutions into the DACH market
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving sales growth
  • Native German language skills, with bilingual English proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong hunter mentality and ability to identify new business opportunities
