Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our enterprise customer base in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with enterprise customers in the DACH region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and how our cloud solutions can address them.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and execute strategic sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure.
- Lead negotiations with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive customer success and company growth.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and influence product development.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS or cloud technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of cloud technology and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for contributing to a high-performing sales team.
