Enterprise Account Executive, DACH Territory Expansion Specialist

Adaptive Business Group is a leading spend optimization software-as-a-service (SaaS) vendor that specializes in managing and automating technology stack contract renewals and spend. With a remarkable 200% headcount growth over the past two years, the company now employs around 250 people and is seeking further expansion into the EMEA market.
The company prioritizes culture, fostering a fast-paced business environment with a flat hierarchy and open-door policy, typical of many scale-ups.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Adaptive Business Group team as an Enterprise Account Executive, responsible for creating and managing territory account plans, building relationships through both inbound and outbound activities, and driving the end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close.
While the company has a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) function, you will also be generating your own leads, approximately 30% of the time.
You will play a key role in breaking into the DACH market, where the company has been actively working for the past 18 months. As one of the first hires in the territory, you will have significant potential for personal growth and professional development.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in selling SaaS solutions into the DACH market, with a minimum of 2 years of closing experience.
- Native German language proficiency and bilingual English skills.
- A hunter-focused mindset, with a keen interest in finding new business opportunities.
- Availability to work from Central London/Fitzrovia, with a flexible schedule that includes 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £75-80,000 base, plus uncapped OTE, and a 2-stage interview process.
