About the Role:

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating and managing territory account plans, building relationships through both inbound and outbound activities. You will work end-to-end, from prospect to close, generating your own leads (around 30%) and collaborating with a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory account plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the DACH market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on 100% new logo sales.
  • Collaborate with the BDR function to generate leads and drive sales pipeline growth.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS solutions into the DACH market. You should have:

2+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on enterprise sales and account management.Native German language skills and bilingual English proficiency.A hunter-focused approach, with a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.A willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

What We Offer:

Adaptive Business Group offers a competitive salary package, with a base salary of £75-80k and uncapped OTE. We also offer a flexible work arrangement, with 4 days a week in the office and 1 day working from home.
