Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Scout Global. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by effectively prospecting new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of sales experience with a proven track record as a top performer in the Enterprise segment, specifically within the AI/ML start-up space. You will excel at learning, pitching, and demonstrating highly technical products, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the new territory, build and launch go-to-market strategies within this territory.
  • Navigate complex organizational hierarchies to pinpoint key decision-makers, including executive sponsors and internal champions.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand your customers' business objectives and guide them through a value-driven sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advance deals and ensure long-term customer success.
  • Consistently achieve annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets by employing a metrics-driven approach to sales.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to build pipeline, close deals, and achieve predictable, repeatable bookings.
  • Provide valuable feedback to other corporate functions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create return on investment (ROI) and business justification reports using data-driven analysis.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of sales experience with a proven track record as a top performer in the Enterprise segment, specifically within the AI/ML start-up space.
  • Experience generating own leads and prospects, being a self-sufficient Enterprise Sales Executive.
  • Familiarity with target account selling, solution selling, and methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger.
  • Consistent top performer with start-up hunger.
  • Hybrid 2-3 days a week in the San Francisco office.
