About the Role:

As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating and managing territory account plans, building relationships through both inbound and outbound activities. Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the DACH region.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Generating new business leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in selling SaaS solutions into the DACH market, with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Native German language skills, with bilingual English proficiency.
  • A hunter-focused approach, with a strong ability to find new business opportunities.

What We Offer:

In return for your expertise and dedication, Adaptive Business Group offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £75-80k, plus uncapped OTE. The company is committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
