Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to help build our presence in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue in this critical market.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that targets institutional clients in the DACH region.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on institutional clients.
- Native or fluent German language skills.
- Strong network of relationships in the DACH region, particularly in Switzerland.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
